I get this question all the time—“Is it hard to buy property in Albania as a foreigner?” And honestly? It’s a lot simpler than most people think. Especially if you know the right people, speak to locals who genuinely care, and don’t rely on sketchy third-hand Facebook advice.


 

I’ve been living and working in Saranda for years now, and every time I walk along the promenade with a coffee in hand, I remind myself how lucky I am to call this place home. I truly believe Saranda offers the best value on the entire Mediterranean coast. And I don’t say that lightly.


 

Last week, I showed a client a stunning beachfront property in Ksamil. She was visiting from Austria and told me she’d never even heard of the Albanian Riviera until a friend mentioned it.
